What we collect

What you enter in the form: first name, phone or email, and what happened. If you choose to, a document such as a denial letter or explanation of benefits (EOB). We also collect basic website analytics (pages visited, device, ad click identifiers) through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity.

How we use it

Only to review your denial, contact you about your request and, if you hire us, work on your appeal. We do not sell or rent your information and do not use your health information for advertising.

Who sees it

Our team and the service providers needed to run this website and our work (website hosting and form processing by Netlify, email and phone providers). When we work on your appeal we share information with your insurer and providers only as you authorize in writing.

How long we keep it

Form requests that do not become a case are deleted within 90 days. Case documents are deleted after the case is closed, except what we must keep for our records (signed agreement and invoices).

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time — reply STOP to a text or reply to any of our emails.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Documents you upload are encrypted in your browser before they leave your device; our hosting provider stores only the encrypted file, and only our case team holds the key to open it. Documents are deleted when the case is closed.
