Appeal Desk helps patients with health insurance appeals. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal or medical advice and are not affiliated with any insurance company, hospital or government agency. Results depend on your plan and your case; we do not guarantee any outcome.

Free denial check

The free check is an informational review of what you send us. It does not create any obligation for you or for us.

Appeal service and fee

If you hire us to handle an appeal, we sign a separate written agreement before any work starts. Our fee is 20% of the amount your insurer pays as a result of the appeal, capped at $1,000 per case. If the appeal does not result in payment, you owe nothing. We never charge upfront fees.
